      Dennis met with me several times going over the design of the project and after signing the contract said he would begin work in 3 weeks.  The project was begun and finished on schedule and the professionalism and workmanship was fantastic.  The pavilion is a beautiful addition to my home and yard and we love entertaining on it. It is admired by all my friends.

      They built a beautiful pavilion next to my pool.  The floor was TREX decking and the ceiling was tongue and groove cedar.  I chose the black iron railings.

      I hired DAK Construction to build an addition on our 4500 square foot lake house to connect a two bedroom apartment above our three car garage with the main house. The addition was a two story, 800 square foot complete package that had to be tied into two separate structures seamlessly.

      The addition was built ahead of schedule, below budget and to perfection. We had an architect design the addition, but Dennis Kidd, being extremely knowledgeable and experienced about construction, made several suggestions which we adopted. We were extremely pleased with the flawless final product and could not be happier. Once Dennis finished the addition, he recommended that instead of installing cedar siding to match the existing 32-year-old siding, to save money, that we replace the siding on the entire house since the original siding had significant damage, rot and mold. We hired DAK construction to do so, and while the job was much more complex than anticipated due to damage to the existing siding, his team persevered and did an amazing job. The house looks new and is rot and mold free. I recommend DAK construction and Dennis Kidd for any construction job regardless of size, complexity, and scope. He and his team do exceptional work.

      Best construction work I have ever seen. Our old cedar deck was poorly constructed and falling apart. The first contractor to show up after numerous calls was Dennis Kidd of DAK. He understood exactly what we wanted in a Trex deck, provided a quick and fair estimate and got the job done right with no complaints. I think this is rare in this business. The other guys’ quotes were outrageous or they told me it couldn’t be done. Need to mention his employees who are true master craftsmen and work hard and with precision.
